Frequent Urination? Posted: 10-28-04 22:01pm
Hey,
like the title says i've been suffering
lately from frequent *urgent* need to
urinate. I've had uti's before, and it's
not like that - whenever i've had a uti
it's always been accompanied by cramps or
burning feeling. I don't think i'm preg
as i'm on the pill and had a period only
last week... Any ideas what else this
could be?

If your urgency/frequency is not being
caused by a uti, it could be something
like an overactive bladder or cystitis of
the bladder. You should see a urologist
if you've had much problems with uti's
because that could be an indication of
bladder cystitis. In any case, a
urologist could definetly tell you what is
wrong. You might also want to try
drinking some cranberry juice to help
those problems. I've had the problem for
years and sometimes go up to a 100 times a
day, it's very annoying and I would not
hesitate to get it checked out if I was
you. Md's do not specialize in evaluating
such a problem. Good luck.

I pee all the time too I just get used to
it I pee about 35 to 40 times a day or
more I pee so much I can't keep up with
it. I should go to the docter its been
like this for 3 years !
