Okay, I was on ortho tri cyclen last month
(i had been on it for over 2 years) and my
period started way early, it continued and
I went to the doctor where she gave me a
preg. Test /blood work/and pelvic exam
and couldnt find anything wrong..So she
switched me to a higher dosage of birth
control.
It went away for like 2 days, and it came
back. So now its been over a month that
ive been on my period and I dont know what
to do. This week is the week in the pack
that im "supposed" to be on my period.
I'm going to go see a specialist on the
15th but I really cant stand waiting that
long.

On hun I know what you are going through I
was on a period for 6 months due to birth
control. I went to the doc they pushed it
off I couldent take it any more and went
to the e-room they did test after test
said nothing was wrong and just referred
me to a obgyn. But I had the period with
depo-provera and I got rid of that.
Perhaps your pills just arnt working out
for you any more and the doctor might want
to switch to a differnt kind. After I had
the 6 month period I switched to
tri-levlen 28 it has 3 differnt hormone
levels 4 differnt color pills its supposed
to put your body back on track with your
period and it did mine I took 2 pills and
after 6 months I stopped my period just
over 2 stupid little brown pills.. I
still carried around pads with me for over
a month because I was terrified that the
little red terror would return. But it
only did when it was suppoed to.
