Lossing the Weight
Posted: 10-13-03 10:13am

Everyone in my school is really cute and thin and I feel dumb because I just had a c-section and still have my gut and unattractive hips.. I weight like 145 lbs. I try the working out stuff but I just can't seem to fit it all in. I have homework, and taking care of sean (my son) and then finding time to sleep and spend time with my honey. I wanna make my boyfriend and family proud of me. How long should this take it has been 6 months? How do I make the time? Any ideas to loosing the hips??? Please help you guys??

I think the hips stay because my sister had her baby and now she has these big hips and a booty which she likes because it gets her attention! But the stomach just do sit ups and workouts on those areas.

I recommend pilates! It helps to stretch out and tone the torso muscles, especially in the stomach. Hope this helps!

Are you serious you feel like a whale? Because my sister weighs 143 or more I think and she looks fine. I would think you girls are all skinny and not big. You should stop thinking of yourselves like that.

I was down to 160 (a size 12) when I got pregnant.

Four years later I am down to 155 (a size 10) and my body is nowhere near the same as it was before I got pregnant...

Darnit, those hormones...
Sometimes the body never returns to the same as before.
