Yes, addicted.....To pepsi. Diet pepsi to be exact. I know this isn't the healthiest beverage, but I quit smoking and started exercising, so I kept one bad habit for pete's sake! My question is, how bad is this for the baby? There's aspartame in that right?

I am a caffeine freak too but when I was pregnant both times my doctor told me that I am allowed up to 2 cups of caffeine a day but just don't go overboard on it? Do it for your baby's health besides it's only for nine months anyways and then once you have the baby treat yourself to a full 2 liter :d good luck

You'd be better off drinking regular pop. Aspertame and nutrasweet can kill brain cells.
