~*kenny & Me Are Back Together*~

Two nights ago I told him I needed to talk to him, but I wanted to talk to him face to face. He had to take his friend jamey home, so on his way through my neighborhood he picked me up and I rode along with them to take him home and on the way back to my house kenny said we'd talk. Before jamey got out of the truck once we were at his house, he said, "remember kenny, don't screw up." I figured they had talked about kenny and me on the way to pick me up. After we dropped jamey off, kenny was like, "do you mind if we drive back here to the river, because there's something I need to do?" I said I didn't care and so we drove to the river and parked and he got out and at first I didn't know what he was doing...He was getting something off the back of his truck. Then, I realized...He was throwing two 6-packs of beer into the river. He got back in his truck after he had thrown them in and for a while it was silent. I had written him a letter that day and he hadn't had a chance to read it, so he opened it and read it and it was pretty much explaining my feelings for him. Well, after he was done reading it, he said...."yeah, jamey and me had a talk on the way to pick you up and he told me about how it bothered you that I drank. And he asked me if I would stop drinking for you if you asked me to and I told him yes I would. And then jamey said do you really mean that, or would you just tell her you'd quit for her and then drink when you weren't around her? And I told him yeah I really would quit, because I would quit breathing for her if she asked me to." then, it was like this wave of emotion...Like I got hit by a truck, because it all came together and I realized why he threw the beer into the river. It was the sweetest thing. I dunno, maybe you can understand from reading it, but then again maybe it was one of those things where you had to of been there. But anyway, we had spent time together for the past two or three days and we got back together last night. Kara still calls him, but he doesn't answer his phone...He lets his voice mail get it. And his voice mail message says, "hey, this is kenny, leave me a message and if this is kara .L.E.A.V.E me alone." I think that's pretty self explanatory. I stayed the night with him last night even though his landlord says I can't stay the nights there. I just didn't want to leave him and he didn't want me to go either, so I just stayed. I had really missed being in his arms. It was nice to fall asleep with him again.
