Hi I am new to the site and I am hoping someone has some answers or has had this problem I have never known anyone this has happen to. My legs at night cramp to where I can't sleep. About two months ago I had to toenails fall off on my left foot now today I am having a toenail on my right foot falling off does anyone know what can cause this I am getting scared and have no insurance to go to the doctor. Any help will be appreciated.

Leg cramps are natural during pregnancy..

I am not pregnant I am 53 years old and trying to find out what is causing the leg cramps and if this toe nail falling off is due to that if you can tell me how to put this in another forum I will be glad to just signed up and don't know how to do this. Thank you for your reply
