I needs help putting a moving picture (like idababys and chandas pic) can someone please take me through the steps..Pwweezzz!!! I love yall!

It should just be the same as putting any avatar up... But you wont be able to put a moving picture on the forum itself...But as an avatar just copy the image location and paste it in "my settings" under the avatar section.
