Ugh its on fire!! I've got such bad
heartburn! I have heartburn 24/7!! I
can't wait to get tru out of my body!!

Wow is that normal to get heartburn. I
never had one? Just wondering how do you
get it. Sorry I know it's a dumb question
but I don't think I ever had that
experience.

Awww erin, I am so sorry!!
Yes madeline its completely normal,
heartburn can be quite common during
pregnancy, especially in the later months.
Have you tried anything to help it erin?
1-eat smaller, more frequent meals
2-remain upright for an hour after eating,
lying down can irritate the problem
3-eating yogurt or drinking milk can help
4-avoid spicy or greasy foods
5-try a tablespoon of honey in a glass of
warm milk
6-mercurius solubilis 6c three times daily

Heartburn means your baby is gonna have
lots of hair..And I would say that it's a
silly myth with my family being polish and
believing in every single thing they
can..But my mom had it for the first time
in her life while pregnant with me and I
was born with 5 inches of hair and it was
growing down my neck!

Yea I heard that too jenny...With
heartburn they say the baby will have a
lot of hair when their born! But I hope

I have all these pictures of me at like 2
and 3 days old and I have all these
barretts in my hair!!

this starts happening later in pregnancy
like how late????
Kristin thanks for the suggestions in case
it happens to me I will stick to what I
should do.
It hasn't happened though i'm 28 weeks
and one day but I have plenty to go.

starts the last two months of pregnancy,
but not everyone is going to have it.
Some will have it worse than others. Your
welcome and I hope you won't have to use

Aw im sorry erin! I know what you are
going through, I had heartburn sooo bad,
for my whole pregnancy... Before I even
found out I was pregnant, I got heartburn
for the first time in my whole life, and
thats why I thought I could have been
pregnant, lol, I take a test, and sure
enough, I was pregnant... Lol my mom
asked me why I thought I was pregnant, and
I told her cuz I had heartburn, she told
me that your not supposed to get in until
later, but you can get it right away. I
started drinking milk alot, cuz it was one
of the only things that didnt make it
worse... Try and avoid alot of sugar,
and trust me, you wont set the house on
fire, lol I never did, and I had it
~bad~!
