My bf has these hard lumps on his balls and they are as big as the end of my thumb does anyone no what they might be??? Sad Confused Question Exclamation

On or in???? If in then they are just his testicles, if they are on then it could be all sorts of stuff, i'd have him go to the doctors

Its all over but in the sack but it doent look like genital warts and hes scared its cancer so he wont go to the dr

Aww I hope that is not the case but he should go to stay on the safe side. Try telling him that it might not even be that it could be something else. I hope for the best.
