I used to have really bad cramps - and I
would use a heating pad - if a heating pad
doesn't work take a water bottle with hot
water in it wrap it in a towel and hold it
on your cramps...Other then meds thats all
I know that helped me...Hope it helps

Ibuprofen and naproxen sodium are common
over the counter medications that can help
relieve menstrual cramps. Using a heating
pad or hot water bottle may also make you
feel better. Other measures to talk to
reduce or prevent cramps include:
walk or exercise regularly, including
pelvic rocking exercises.
Follow a diet rich in complex
carbohydrates, like whole grains, fruits,
and vegetables, but low in salt, sugar,
alcohol, and caffeine.
Practice relaxation techniques like
meditation or yoga.
What works for me, is drinking some hot
cocoa.

Midol works really good for me. Oh man,
when I had cramps it was an ass. During
school hours they would like carry me to
the nurse's room and i'd faint all the
time and not be able to stand for more
than a minute. I hate having my period!
Thank god I haven't had it (; lol that's
the only thing that I really really love
about pregnancy. Oh yeah and the baby,
but I mean, being pregnant sucks! Being
hungry 24/7 and not being able to tie my
shoes, lol. Grrrrr...
Oh yeah, drinking ginger ale works for me,
my teacher suggested it, I tried it and it
works! And I put a burning hot bottle of
water on my tummy. Yeah it seriously
burns you but it's worth it, lol.

Next time try stretching, stand on your
tippy toes and reach up towards the roof
and stretch those muscles out, then take
some panadol and a hot water bottle and
take a nap, or take a bath, a hot one to
ease muscle strain, ( remember to shower
after )

Any kind of stores that sell herbs like an
apothacary, its said to help, just dont
let a kitty get it or you'll have cramps
and a headache from trying to calm the
thing down!

Nah, catnip is for everyone!! It's just
like grass, except there's some chemical
in it that screws with kitties...My kitty
loves it...Hehe, she managed to open my
dresser drawer one day, get the bag out,
and tear it open just so she could get
some!!
It won't hurt a person to have it...But
i've never heard of it helping either...Do
you need like the fresh growing kind, or
the dried kind you get at walmarts, or the
seeds, or what?
