My underwear has a slight discharge (white
in color) on them and it smells like
ammonia, what does this mean? My urine
is not dark and I drink a descent amount
of water per day. Please help--any
advice?

Its b/c maybe you pee a lot I pee about 35
times a day and I have to wear panty
liners that are scented b/c I will get a
urine smell. What your having is urine on
your pantys thats what urine smells like.

Urine wouldn't leave a white discharge on
her panties.. I would keep an eye on it
to make sure you aren't getting a yeast
infection or some other infection. It
may go away on it's own but if it gets
worse I would ask your doctor about it.
