I am going to be 15 on november 8, 2004
and my boyfriend is 17 we think that I am
pregnet but we won't know for sure in a
few more weeks but if I am he wants me to
move in with him so he can help raise the
baby. Can I do that without my mom
calling the cops on me?

As for you moving out that is up to your
mom or an emancipation but inorder to
emancipate yourself you have to finish
school and provide means that you are able
to take care of yourself... 17? Does he
live on his own? Work? Go to school?
Did you guys use protection? When was
your past period?

bday is may18).
Your mom, has all right to call the cops
since you are an underaged minor and he is
.. An adult. Well actually no, it
depends on when he turns 18. But he was
17 when he got you pregnant (if you are)
so they can't nessecarily charge him for
sagatory rape..
Plus you weren't raped, it was your choice
im guessing since you said he was your
boyfriend.
I dont think he can go to jail hun.
