Quite often about 30 minutes after eating a good size meal, generally dinner, I have to hit the restroom and have to go diarrhea, knowing that I am terrified of going out to eat because I most likely will need a restroom shortly after. Can anyone tell me what this might be the cause of and if there is anything I can take for it or do I need to see a Dr.?
