Youre father needs to know the patch is
far more easy to maintain than the pill,
just have to change it once a week, while
the pill is once a day at the same time,
I know this method is rarely used in the
states but how about an iud?

Its a really small copper piece shaped
like a t and its placed in the uterus to
scrape the walls clean, i'm not exactly
sure how it works but it scrapes the walls
and is one of the most effective methods
of bc and its mostly used in europe, not
really in the u.S

Yeah there arent any side effects like
weight gain and mood swings but there are
ones like infection, abdominal pain and
bleeding but not too often, you get it
repaced every few years

wanted to use condoms and just use pull
out *and i'm not on the pill*
