Do you have to take these placebo pills,
is it a must or can you just skip them?

No,you do not have to take them.They are
there so you are in the habit of taking a
pill every day,even if you are having your
period.If you are on a tri-phasic
pill(ortho tri cyclen or equivalent)you
need to take all the pills.Hope that

Im on ortho-lo and my doctor told me I
didn't have to take the placebo pills,
because they are placebos and there's
nothing in them. Even the little packet
that came with my pills said that there
was nothing in the last 7 pills of the
little packet. What's that about?

I think tri-lo and reg. Tri are slightly
different and the 4th week of pills may be
different. If the rx info says there is
nothing in the last week...Then skip it if
you really want to...Just dont forget to
start up at the next week....
