After yesterday's little debacle of my "flood" I appear to have developed a raging thirst. I never manage my "8 glasses a day" but since yesterday I have drank nearly 4 litres water, 2 pints of milk (accompanied by coco pops) and several glasses of squash plus pop.
Also I appear to have found my appetite again (damn spacebar) only problem is that it wants to make up for my not eating spell and I am ravenous (hence the coco pops - a whole box in 2 days).
I had a sausage yorkshire pudding for dinner last night and could easily have eaten 2 more lol moooooooooooooo @me

Thats completely normal to be really thirsty! You've lost a lot of blood and fluid over the past few days! So if you thirsty guess what that means??? You need to keep drinking! Your body knows how to heal and take care of itself! Just rest and let it do its job!

Kia, I admire you so much. You just lost a baby, but yet you have the strength to still come on the forum and chat about everything and encourage the mom-2-be's. You are such a strong person, and deserve the best!

I have a gallon jug of water that I carry around the house with me and keep next to my bed at night. I fill it up at least once every two days. I don't like to drink water at night unless I have to though because I wake up every 5 minutes to pee. Oh, and I love yorkshire pudding.

You fill up the same gallon? Babe you shouldnt! You can only re fill like 3 times then needa get a new one... Whether you taste it or not it builds up bacteria if you dont keep changing it I used to refill water bottles all the tim till paul realized it then got mad and told me that
