Not An Eating Disorder - I Dont Think
Posted: 11-09-04 11:46am

Hi ok, I dont think that this is an eating disordaer, but my mum keeps going on, so if I ask other peoples opinions then maybe she'll believe me. Ill write what I had to eat 2day and it's what I would eat on an average day really....

Breakfast - 1 slice toast + margarine, haf mug tea
later on in morning(11 am) a boost - normally I dont have anything here
lunch - nothing
about 4pm - 2 mini nilky ways
dinner - im going to have quiche and potatoes, coke
maybe a bickie between now + bed
sometimes supper - tea and toast

that seems plenty to me, I weigh myself everyday and yes, I do enjoy it if I see myself loosing weight and if I do loose weight then I will try and eat less so I can loose more, im 16, about 5ft 6 inches, and my wieght goes between 8st 10, and 9st 2, thats fine right?
