Do you have a recliner or a bunchof
pillows that you can prop up on to sleep,
I have to sleep on the couch, I know what
you mean about the massage only working
for a bit, my legs ankles and feet are so
swole, when my husband rubs them it only
feels good while he is doing it

One of my friends who was pregnant found
it helpful to sleep on a foam triangle.
It's something that keep you angled
upwards to take all the pressure off your
stomach. It's almost like sleeping on a
reclining chair she said it saved her
life.

You can always try a warm shower to relax
the muscles. But make sure you are not
facing the water because the doctortold me
that if the hot water hits the breast it
stimulates labor. Just a thought. I hope
you can find something that works for you.
