Is it true that if u walk that you could
go into labor quicker? Cause alot of ppl
are tellin me to go walk around the block
or something..

Some say that but I tried it with my
daughter and it didn't help me at all.I
was having contractions and everything and
walked for an hour and she still didn't
come for 3 days

It works for some people. Just try it if
u wanna speed up labor.

I heard that your water usually won't
break if you're walking. I also heard
black licorice will help induce labor and
so will sex and stimulation of the nipple.
Thought i'd share!

Walking is def. Supposed to help induce
labor. Cuz if u go to the hos. And ur
only slightly dialated they'll make u walk
to get further along faster. Also
sitting in the hotub there speeds things
up fast.... (don't know if i'd recommend
that at home though unless ur close to the
hos and have someone with u). But they
do it at the maternity ward......

labor early is by having sex with your
partner in your later months, because
there is something in the sperm that
induces labor. Neat isn't it?!

it is a horomone called prostaglandins,
but you need a lot, and multiple orgasms
help also because orgasms make your uterus
contract.
