I was just on a abortion website and it
showed pics omg my baby was delvolped omg
I feel bad them pics hurt my feeling
when I had my abortion I was 11 weeks I
belive .....

Those pictures are sad and gross. But
you also have to think about the whole
picture(no pun intended) if you see
pictures of any surgery, minor or major it
is absolutely disgusting. If we see
anything abnormal about someone it is
usually pretty gross to us.
Abortion is the same way. Of course the
pictures are going to be gross and some
even heartbreaking. But that doesn't
make the decision you made any worse.
You did what you felt you had to do and
bless you. Abortion is not an easy
decision for anyone, but sometimes the
person making that decision feels it is
best, and sometimes it is best.

for one thing, some if
not most of the websites opposed to
abortions will be deceptive about the
pictures and not show you the ones truly
representing the fetus at the time of the
abortion. They will exaggerate the
development of the fetus and make false
claims about how it can think, feel pain
and all that. Those claims are almost
invariably false, so don't let them get to
you. Also remember that just because
development at 11 weeks shows various
bodily structures, their size and level of
development is not the same as what we see
at birth. Also pay attention to whether
their 11 weeks is the same as the 11 weeks
of pregnancy that you experienced. Often
the pregnancy is dated from the last
menstrual pregnancy, which means that the
fetus itself would only have been 9 weeks,
not 11.
There is a lot of politics and propaganda
surrounding the issue of abortion, so be
careful that the information you get is
accurate and not just designed for
scarring and hurting as is occasionally
true on sites that oppose abortions.
Just remember that there is only one
expert in your life and that is you. You
are the one who knows what reality you
faced in deciding to have an abortion and
therefore that is what matters the most.
Your reasons are valid for you, and that
is what truly matters in the end.
