Week Late All the Symptoms Neg Test Posted: 11-12-04 12:37pm
Hi I am 21 I don't smoke or drink, I have
been with my fiance for four years we have
a 3 y/o daughter and trying to concieve
again. I am not a week late for my
period. I have all the symptoms except
for vomiting, I took a test last nite it
was negative, but I drank a lot of water
at work and pee'd several times within a
few hours prior to the test, can very
frequent urination eliminate the hcg
levels? Or can it really take this long
for levels to start rising? I didn't know
I was pregnant with my daughter until I
was 2 1/2 months along and had no symptoms
until after I found out. Someone please
inform me!

Yes u should always take the urine test in
the am (first pee of the day) cuz
otherwise ur hcg levels will not show up
as well. U should try again and then
maybe go for a blood test

Hey!! My aunt has two children and was
trying to have another. Her period was 2
1/2 weeks late and all her pregnancy tests
showed neg. When she finally went ot the
doc. They told her that she wasn't
pregnant and the stress of wanting to know
if she was or not was what caused her
period to be late. Anyways, they gave her
some kind of shot that made her get her
period in like 5 minutes!!! You really
should wait untill the morning hours to
take a test. Also, if you are worried
about the hcg levels not being high enough
then take one of those early response
tests (5 days bofore your missed period)
ya know..One of those :d I hope you are
sweetie!! If the next test isn't pos.
Then go to your doctor...Don't just
wonder!!! Good luck!!!

Take a urine test first thing in the
morning! If your not satisfied with that
get a blood test done! Good luck girl!!
