How Late Have You Been... Posted: 11-15-04 20:37pm
Ok well there's a chance I could be
pregnant.. But im not sure yet. I was
supposed to get my period a couple days
ago but I havn't yet. I'm getting very
scared. Have any of you been late on ur
period (if so, how many days) and not
ended up being pregnant? And is it true
that stressing over it and being depressed
will cause your period to be late?
Thankz hunnyz!!

Stress can definitely make your period
late or not come at all. I, myself, have
never had that happen (i'm on the pill, so
no matter how much I stress, my hormone
levels are never off) but I know a few
girls who it has happened to. My advice,
quit stressing and just live your life
normally. If you find out you are, well,
still don't stress because it's not good
for the baby! Good luck.

Honey, I know how hard this is on you, but
you have to quit stressing out. If you're
this worried about being pregnant at 15, I
would suggest quit having sex (i know,
easier said than done). My sister is 15
and I know that it would be detramental to
her if she were to be pregnant. Just calm
down, take a few deep breaths, and just
live.

Sweetie my period has been late several
times because of stress... Dont stress or
be nervous about anything or it will come.
I am 15 also..And possibly preggy
again!!!! just hang tight..
If it doesnt come obviously you need to
take a test! Keep us updated ok?

This wus me very first time.. And I don't
know if I would even call it sex. It's a
long story.. But basically we just stick
it in about 5 times and we were only
fooling around for about 5 minutes at the
most.
Im just so worried... If I am.. My life
is over. Im seriuos.. Im not just saying
that. My parents would actually kill
me... I live in such a small town..
Everyone would know...

I know what you mean... My parents would
kill me if I got preggy before I was
married. Pride runs deep in asian
families. And as for a small town...
Yeah, they'd probably all find out sooner
or later, but the only person that matters
is you. As I said... Good luck!

Thats a really scary situation to be in
sweetie. My advice would be to take a hpt
as soon as possible to put your worries at
ease.

I agree. A test is the sure way to get
your mind off wondering. I have had late
periods due to bc screwing me up or
stress. A number of things can cause it.
