Okay anyone got an unque idea to help get sleep. Its immpossible for me to sleep I have tried nighttime sleeping aides that are safe hot baths at night with no help. I'm going to kill my boyfriend or he;ll kill me if I don't get some sleep soem how! I'm a bi*ch w/o sleep!!!!

Trust me its envitable... Some woman just get insomnia while pregnant I did.. It didnt go away for months... I'd be up for like 50 hours some times and on a regular basis i'd get down to about 45 min to an hour every other few days my body finally adjusted to it i'm 6 months now and it only happens on occasion but i'm sleeping better now you can take benadril or drink teas but ask your doc which ones first... Try taking a hot bath before bed and dont eat too late into the night... Go for a walk afternoon/evening it will wear you out
