And you had unprotected sex at that time yes you could be.You need to take a pregnancytest to see.I was 16 when I had my son,he is 21 now,my periods were so messed up so yes there is a possibility.

Symptoms of Pcos
Posted: 07-29-04 11:02am

Women with pcos do not have the same symptoms. Common symptoms of pcos are:

obesity
hirsutism (excess body hair)
male pattern balding
acne
skin tags
irregular or absence of periods
insulin resistance or type ii diabetes
hypertension (high blood pressure)
lack of ovulation
multiple cysts on the ovaries

Pcos is a relatively newly discovered syndrome. It has alot to do wwith the endocrine system, and it's a wise idea to see an endocrinologist to help with the treatment. The polycystic ovaries are one manifestation of this syndrome.

Anyways, there's a very excellent website that talks an awful lot about it, offers support, gives resources to find doctors, etc it's: http://www.Pcosupport.Org/

it will say more than I can in one post.

But are you concerned that you're pregnant because you've not had a period it a long time? Also I just re-read your post and your doctor making that assessment while you were 12 or 13 suggests to me to get a second opinion, that's awfully young to know "for sure" about something like pcos.
