Q: Weight Gain In Pregnancy

I am a reporter at the national post in toronto, and would like to do a story on weight gain during pregnancy. I am wondering whether women today feel more pressure to remain thin, even in pregnancy. Anyone out there determined to gain as little weight as possible? Would love to hear the why and how of it.

your doctor is doing it stupid.

You gain 20-30lbs in your pregnancy.

I dont really worry about gaining weight, then again i've never really had weight problems.. I mean, your supposed to gain weight when your pregnant and I only weighed 94 poundss before I got pregnant, soo my doc says I might put on a little more weight then some women.

I'm not worried about it.
