Has Anyone Experienced Any Spotting With Lupron? Posted: 11-19-04 23:21pm
I was diagonsed with endometriosis in
october through a laparoscopy. My Dr.
Gave me the choices of the seasonal birth
control or lupron. Because i've had bad
experiences with taking birth control
pills we (my Dr., my husband, &
myself) decided we should try lupron. I
got my first injection a couple weeks ago
after I started af. Now two weeks later,
i'm starting to spot. I'm not sure if
this spotting is from the lupron or
possibly something else. I was under the
impression that lupron was to stop
periods. Why am I still bleeding? Has
anyone experienced any spotting with
lupron?

Yes I had spotting while I was on the
injection with in the second week and it
stopped. The injection will make it stop
I was told it is nothing to worry about
unless you start bleeding heavy. Just
give it a little time to work.
