Comment on becklyn's post. Do you have any mixed children? I have one b/w and fabulous 11 year old boy who isn't even close to being misearable as you put in your post. So I was just wondering where you get your information. He is very popular,very athletic (scoring a minimum of 3 touchdowns a game) works at the trap club pulling clays (they hire the younger kids since it's such an easy job) no labor laws broke and is currently taking 9th grade math and english and he is only in 6th grade. It would probably be good not to generalize a whole mixed race. Yes he is my son and yes he is b/w and happy and making plans to attend grambling university (all black college) but yet he has many white friends, so I figure he has the best of both worlds and will be the most rounded,cultured and educated person I could hope for.

:d im happy u agree with biracial dating. Im a biracial child and not many people accept that. Im happy to know that there are people who agree that love has no color.

I will reply to you. My children are bi racial and they are beautiful as day yes call me conceded. And my man is black and I love him dearly and I wouldnt trade him or give him away for the world. And I do believe that bi racial children are very beautiful and unique.

i have to admit when I was a child I felt sorry for the mixed children in my school... They were picked on a lot, but I think it has to do with where you are from too, small towns and all of that.... And things a have changed since I was in elementary school, ya know, maybe she is still basing what she thinks on what she saw happen on school as a child and grew up thinking she wouldn;t want to put her kid through that, but it is a different world ou there now.. It changes everyday, actually. I am about to have my 3rd mixed baby, white/hispanic but I don;t see them as that, they are my children, they are my husbands children. That is all that matters right now.

Actually, the best way to combat racism is to have mixed children. Eventually, there is no "pure race" left, and the nuts don't have anything to argue about.

My family is very racist and would kill me if I dated a blk man. Personally I could care less a person's race if they are good people and you love them! I am not attracted to blk men but that is not because of my family. I would never put someone down for who they loved. There are bad people in all races. I have met some horrible african americans but I have also met some great ones. We are all humans period. God made us all and we are equal in his eyes. Tubby all I have to say is ignorance is the worst sin of all. Oh and I am against abortion and I still think you are narrow and feeble minded. Congrats john'swifey on the baby and ur families acceptance!!
