Thanks . My doctor said some women just dont get them at all, but they do say that it is hereditary. If your mother got them you are bound to get them. I think mine is from the extreme amount of weight gain as well. I use to weigh 115 now im 240

Stretchmarks--you cant avoid them! I put lotion on everyday, and havent gotten any yet, but still, you cant stop them

Oangelic- I think you're having a boy because you are carrying very low....I heard girls carry up high and boys down low...

i heard that too, but I don't think it's true. My friend carried high with her son...

i carried low with all three of my babies, and they are girls
