Shoulder Pain - Need Diagnosis Posted: 11-21-04 18:24pm
I crashed my motorcycle this weekend. I
don't remember exactly how I hit the
ground but i'm experiencing a moderate
level of pain (although I have a high
tolerance for pain). My range of motion
is somewhat limited toward the top,
especially when my arm is extended.
Also, I have some pain along my should
blade. This all leads me to believe I
landed on my shoulder in the crash (duh
:d). I was wondering if anyone knew how
to diagnose the injury without the benefit
of a physician.
Thanks,
jeremy

Withoutthe benefit of a physician?!?!?
No such thing!!!
My father slipped on some ice last year
and fell on his shoulder...I have n idea
what the internal prooduct was...But he
was having pain extending his arm...As you
do..
It turns out that he was just a mm off of
needing a plate or some contraption put
in!
See that doc!!
it's the only way...For any motor
sportsman...The nly way to keep doing what
you love..Is to keep checking in with your
doctor..
Please go and see one! At least for an
x-ray... Better safe than sorry!
