I decided to not take the pill (ortho
tricyclen lo) this month, and now, the
week before I should get my period, my
breasts are sore. This happened to me
last time I stopped taking it for a month,
and I haven't been having sex.
(on a side note, since I started taking
the pill 8 months ago, my breasts have
increased 2 cup sizes heh)
my question is, has this happened to
anyone else? And are there any ways to
kind of help it (maybe not to make it stop
alltogether, just to ease the pain..Would
ibuprofin or anything help?) ive been
wearing a bit more supportive bras and it
has helped a little bit, but im afraid to
try to run (usually I have to wear 2
sportsbras).
Any help is appreciated!

When I stopped taking the pill last year
my breast started hurting when my period
was due but I found out I was pregnant so
that may be different...
