How bad is it to have some type of
caffeinated drink every once and a while?
And what are the effects on the baby if I
do?

A little bit of caffeine once in a while
won't hurt that baby.

I drink it once in a while since I am a rc
addict! I've gone from a 2 litre a day
to 2 glasses a week. It's the chocolate
bar a day i'm having problems breaking!

yeah me too with my two girls and off and
on with this one.
Medically speaking caffeine in moderation
is ok. I personally have no knowledge on
this matter as this is my first child. My
mom says she drank it all the time when
she was pregnant w/me and I am quite hyper
lol.
