Ok...I pee a lot...Like every other preggy
out there! But it seems like everytime I
go, I barely pee any at all! Also, when
the baby kicks, I think she hits by
bladder because she will kick so hard and
it will feel like im gonna pee my pants!
Anyone else with me on this?

Its where you tense up and release the
muscles "down there"... Make sure its not
ur butt muscles though.

Its when ur peeing, you try to stop urself
from peeing, then continue, and stop and
continue.... And so on.
It builds up ur muscles

The kegel excercises are supposed to help
with the tearing when your giving birth as
well.

Don't do kegels while you're peeing
though. I mean do it once or twice and
if the flow of urine stops then you're
squeezing the wrong muscles. But do it
when you're at the computer, working, or
driving. If you do it constantly while
you're peeing you could get a uti among
other things.
