Any suggestions for a safe exercise
routine when pregnant

It depends on how much you worked out
pre-pregnancy. Most things if you did it
before it's okay to do it now. However I
wouldn't want to do anything that jolts or
jumps, I am not sure, but I just rather be
safe than sorry. I did light crunches
and walked every day with my second baby
and I had the easiest labor with him and
that's all I did was walk and crunches
(strong abs help with pushing believe it
or not!) good luck, and be careful!
