I’m a 38 years old male, 187 cm height 90
kg weight.
Recently my right knee got swollen and it
hurt.
My doctor diagnosis was bursitis and he
indicated an uric acid blood test and
rest.
Uric acid turned to be 6.7 mg/dl.
The doctor said it is within the tolerance
limits but on the high side, he said my
bursitis could have been originated in
many causes but he suggested me to look in
the internet for an uric acid diet.
Now, of the things to be avoided that are
in my daily diet the problem is coffee, I
drink a lot of coffee and cant help
avoiding it
is coffee actually one of the worst
things, can I keep drinking coffee?
Is my uric acid blood level so bad?
Thank you in advance, gustavo.-
