Embarassing, But I Gotta Know...
Posted: 11-26-04 11:19am

For the past few days, the opening of my vagina has been ichy. It's not like yeast infection itchy, and i've got no abnormal discharge. I know it's not an std because i've been tested and have been with the same partner for a long time now, both of us are std free. Any ideas as to why it's so itchy?? And what can I do to stop it?
Thanks,
jamie

Thanks for your reply's, gals! Get this, the itchiness went away all on it's own. I've been fighting off a bladder infection (talk about flaming pee, lol) and was wondering if maybe the urine would have irritated that area of my vagina? Just a thought, but the itching went away as well as the bladder infection. Anyone have any ideas?
Cheers,

Itchy, Itchy...burn, Burn!

Hi!

For the past few days, i've been suffering from the same symptoms that you were... When I get the urge to go pee, I really have to go and when I pee, it burns at the end. The outside of my vagina has been itcy as well. I went to see a doctor yesterday to get tested for a bladder infection and the tests came back negative...No bladder infection. I'm really confused!! I've also been with my fiance for ten years and we have never been with anyone else sexually. We are definitely std free! I don't know what's going on with my body. I am extremely clean. I take a bath or shower every day... I don't know what to do. Should I go and see the doctor again??? What do you think? Did you try bathing in baking soda? If so, did it work? Thanks!
