as long as I take it once a week I feel
find but should I take it everyday... Or
will I be ok taken in once or twice a week

If you're ok taking them weekly then for
heaven sake don't go to daily you obviusly
don't need to - but as weekly is unusual
to say the least I suggest you consider
whether you need them at all - not saying
you don't neeed anything but perhaps
some/one of the natural alternatives would
serve you better & with fewer side
