I sometimes feel like every nerve is
"misfiring" when I try to sleep. Not just
my legs, but my whole body, including in
my head. It doesn't happen often, but
when it does it drives me nuts. Last
night, I even took two sleeping pills and
still got only about two hours sleep
because I felt like every nerve in my body
was jumping around uncontrollably. What
could cause this?

I personally think that it's all
psychological.
Here's a suggestion: Try to meditate as
often as you can throughout your day.
Simple meditation calms your mind and
enhances your ability to focus (even unto
sleeping at night). Try using calm,
soothing, instrumental music played
lightly in the background and concentrate
your mind on a soothing topic or idea, and
dwell on it for a space of time.

The same thing happens to me. When I get
the pains I need to stand up and walk
around, I find that helps. I try
sleeping pills, sometimes they work and
sometimes they make it worse. I recently
got a big exercise ball and use it for
stretching, it helps. Walking for an
hour helps me too. My mother and aunt
suffer from the same pains, so don't think
your going crazy, or "it's all in your
head". I think stress plays a big part,
but I don't know. Let us know if you
find a solution.

Lying down on your bed , look at the tip
of your nose continually without thinking
of anything ,may be it work .
