Update On Me

Okay, so I have been having really bad
cramps on and off since yesterday morning.
And I barely slept a wink last night
because I was in so much pain...
So, when I woke up this morning to take my
blood pressure and test my protein in my
urine there was blood on my "panty liner"
(haha..Too much information, I know!)
so I ran downstairs to my mom and was like
"uh oh mommy! I'm bleeding!!" so we
called the doc and he said to come in so
he could check everything out..So I
went..(and when we got there there were
these two tiny baby twins that were just
born being rolled to the nursery! They
were so tiny and cute)
but yeah, so they took me into a room and
they made me fill out all these dumb
papers...And it took forever...But they
were monitoring baby while we were doing
it...So then the on-call doctor came in
and checked me and said I was still 1 cm
dilated and 80% effaced (which is what I
was at my last doctors appointment) and I
hadn't bled anymore after what I found
this morning...So he said that it was one
of two things...Me starting to lose my
mucus plug...Or the conractions were
causing my cervix to bleed a little...And
that I was probably in the early stages of
labor..
But I was having contractions regularly
every 5 minutes so he was like, "okay stay
here for an hour or two so we can monitor
your contractions to see if they intensify
or get closer together.."
ugh, so I layed around in the room for an
hour and half and listened to nathaniel's
heartbeat...And then he came back in and
checked my cervix again..No change
so I got sent home..

Hahaha - you answered your self...
No it dosen't hurt...They just stick their
fingers up there and feel around...
I don't think it hurts...It's actually not
even very uncomortable like you would
think...Well it's weird cuz some weirdo
has their fingers up you...But I mean
physically it isn't uncomfortable...
