You really can't take anything to prevent, but you can take medicine to treat it.

Hi, my heart condition is something I was boren with and is un-treatable. It can not be cured or stoped, it is some type of murmor, I think. If that helps.

Hiya,
when you get these heart murmers can you feel them. Is it like a flutter. I know what you are talking about. When you feel this. If you are standing stretch your hands down to your toes like excercise ok. For a few seconds then stand back up. Ive been told that this stops the fluttering feeling. Because the valves in your heart are bigger than a normal persons. Prehaps thats why you have been having seizures. Because the blood flows to fast to your brain. Perhaps the vns implant in your neck would help you under your cercumstances. Other than that matey I have no idea how I can help you. But let me know ok.
How old are you by the way.
Take care
