Ok, I just realised that I may have a problem...

I have 37 peircings... Will that make labour more complicated?? There situated in the following area's

ears.. Eyebrow.. Nose.. Lips.. Tounge.. Nipple.. Navel.. Clitorus.

Has anyone had any of those peirced? And did it cause any problem in labour, and do babies grab hold of them?

I never thought it would be a problem, other than my clitorus, but im taking that one out soon anyways.

My friend's son used to grab my earrings all the time, but that wasn't til he was about 6 or 7 months I think...

oh, my. Ummm.....Well, I would think that you would probably want to take the majority of them out like below the neck. Reason is that during labor you might get a little out of control and you wouldn't want something to get pulled out, from just like tossing and turning in bed or getting in and out of bed. You get a little disoriented with your body when you're suddenly huge! Laughing

i'm sure your doc will tell you what to do. I only wore earrings during labor.

I would take the clit ring out, the nipple rings if you plan on breastfeeding, and probably the belly ring since your stomach will stretch and the ring will stick staright out. As for the rest- it's up to u. I have my nose, tongue, and belly button pierced along with some in my ears. Your doc will tell u what needs to come out. Don't wear dangly earrings from your ears unless u want your baby grabbing them.

I only have my ears pierced, but I always have earrings in. Sometimes hoops or whatever and neither of my girls ever notice. I've always had them so, just make sure they grow up with it and they won't even no the difference. My two year old now says they are pretty and she likes to touch, but no pulling.

My doc said too take most my facial ones out Sad

my clit and my nipples.
155 pounds worth of holes gone Sad

wont have too take my belly button ones out though Smile

only reason I had them done in the first place was coz I had a huge belly button, and it was gross, and all the peircings kinda hide it liek alot.

So I wont have too worry about babie grabbing hold of them too much? Coz I dont want my ears ripped of, I have loads in my ears.

Maybe ears and tounge.. I don;t know..... Don;t get me wrong, I kept getting caught with my tounge ring and winded up having it pierced 5 times all together.. So I don;t mean anything by it

Haha babe no worries at all... Everryone says that to me like how many do you have and once I was like 17 and ppl where like what??? Where! Hahah I guess I just like peircings... Though I look clean cut Smile

Me too. I have 12 piercings. And no one would ever know! I don't always wear them at the same time, and some r hidden! People never guess. Thats how I think piercings and tatoos should be though. U should be able to look clean cut if u want, but also be able to show them off if u want...

i have a really tiny eye brow bar, and nose stud, and that pic was taken before I had my other 2 lip epircings, but I where clear hoops, or tiny bar's. And I have lots in my ears, I just dont wear jewlerry in them all the time, other than the ones peirced in the cartilage.
I was a hard core goth before I came pregnant, just I had too tone down a bit when I started too show, because they dont do much maternity wear in clothes that I prefer too wear.

Peircings are suprisingly addictive, like tatoo's. Just im not old enough for a tatoo yet, gotta wait till im 18.

you can actually leave your belly ring in if you get those stretchy ones that bend. they are made FOR pregnant woman. Although your doctor will tell you which ones to take out during labour. the pressure can be bad on the piercings. just ask your doc
