I guess we don't do much exercising, since
no one has posted to you.
at my gym they have exercise classes for
pregnant women. Also, you could do yoga.
Walking is good.

I asked my doctor the same thing.
He said "did you regulary exersize( god
my spellings got bad) before you were
pregnant?
Me "err no, I just thougt it might be
healthy for me and the baby"
doctor " then pregnancy may not be the
best time too start"
he also said that any exersice u do will
be ok, as long as its not over done.
And too stop as soon as you start feeling
uncomfatable, and drink plenty of water,
and take lots of breaks.

My doc said it is fine to have low to
moderate exercise. No situps, pushups,
weights over 10 lbs, or inverted
positions! Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply. I do jogging
before the pregnancy. Every one suggest
me walking is the best exercise.
But can I walk on my jogger and for how
long?

You can do whatever you were doing before
pregnancy. Your body will tell you if
your over doing it. Probably by the time
your 7 or 8 months pregnant your body will
say it's time to just walk.

Jogging may not be comfortable after a few
months. But, as was posted before,if you
were active before ,it should be
okay.Moderation is the key, don't over do
it.Good luck.Patty

Hello jessamyn,
walking is very helpful to you and your
baby. As it increase blood circulation
which is good for your baby mental
development and growth.
