Secreating Stuff?????

Hello all,
since I can remember I have always had a
stain on my underwear that wouldn't go
away. I was always kind of imbarassed
about it. When my mom found out she
seemed kind of worried, but then said it
ws my body realeasing vitamins(she's a
nurse). Well, it's still going on, and
now that i'm getting older, there could be
certain situations where it would be
strange, aka..With a guy. It hasn't come
up yet, and it won't for a while(trying to
wait), but what should I do?
All responses welcome!
P.S. Sometimes odors involved.

Well if your mom is a nurse why was she
worried? Its discharge, and women get it
until they reach menopause. It starts
when you hit puberty, and like your
period, you always have it. Some women
probably have it more than others. I know
that it's a nuisance to me because
sometimes it feels liek I just had my
period and its just discharge, alot of
discharge. But its normal, your body is
removing stuff from your body to keep you
healthy.

You're definitely not the only one with
this problem... I have it too. I know
what you mean when you say that its not
mucusy but more like you slightly wet
yourself....Ive had discharge for about a
year or so now, and its just about
everyday...Ive been "sexual" with guys,
but havent gone all the way yet and I have
never had a problem....If youre truly
worried about it though, I would just make
sure you take a shower right before you
hang out with your guy, and even put a
panty liner on before you go to meet up
with him...But no worries, if he truly
loves u he'll love u stain or no stain!
lol
best of luck hun, if you need any tips pm
me anytime!

Oh and as for ideas of how to try to get
rid of it, or to help minimize the
amount...Drink lots of water...Ive been
drinking about 25-50oz of water a day, and
it goes away...Water's great for your body
anyways, its like the "all around make
everything better regiment" lol

Ladies...It doesn't matter what you do,
discharge is not going to go away. It's
the natural way that your vagina cleans
itself. If it has an odor to it you
might want to get it checked out. That
could mean you have an infection.
Best wishes!

Yeah, that discharge stuff is quite
annoying. I asked my step-mother who is
an rn about it, and she says it is
normal... Just like most of you have
said. I have found over the past few
months that a daily shower and application
of a layer of babypowder really helps.
At the very least it make me smell good.
As for the extra water, people are always
telling me to drink more water... I guess
I should try that out. I just hate
wearing pantyliners every day of the
week... Or wet underwear.

to go see you physician if it starts
bothering you. I know discharge was the
start of my dysplasia nightmare. )
does not mean you have it, but my doctor
was concerned with me having so much
discharge.

In response to angles3 i'm with you on
the bacterial infections. I get them
monthly and I am at wits end.. Anyone
with suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. ( they arent yeast
infections as I have had them many times
too.) I have tried many things but maybe
someone out there can help.

and why I keep getting them. I am very
discouraged because as I mentioned I
usually get them almost monthly. Any
suggestions

My discharge is thicker. And gross. I
have to wear a pantyliner a lot of the
month too. I should try drinking more
water. Since I started using feminine
wash sens. Skin only on that area, things
have been better. Also, u should only
wear white cotton underwear if u have a
prob with getting infections. Dyes are
bad. Just so u know thought I don't do
this. Ihave bras/undies in every color
(they have to match my outfits....)

Gross Discharge

I've got gross discharge that is sometimes
thick, white and cloudy. Is it an
infection? Will it go away by itself? Do
you know what will happen if I have it for
a long time without getting it checked
out? Any thoughts are greatly
appreciated!
