If you can get them to take vitamins.
Like flinstones chewable or any chewable
childrens vitamin, it will help shorten
the duration and they will get sick less
often. Helena was sick when we brought
chai home and soon she was sick too. I
also bought hi-c (i think) popsicles that
have 100% vitamin c. You can't get too
much, so I give them whatever I can find
with extra c. I also use the vapor bath
and vapor rub for babies, but that won't
make it go away any faster. It may just
help them sleep better at night. There
is also that stuff...Zicam. I couldn't
remember the name. Zicam, you take it
right when you realize the cold is coming.
They have it for children now too. I'm
not sure what age they can start to take
it though. Hope they feel better soon

Ok, I have used the vapor stuff b4, I will
tell my hubby to get some today when he
goes to the store
what about the vaporizers? I have one,
but I lost the instructions and haven't
used it in a long long time
what kind of vitamins do you give, I don't
think the girls would eat flinstones, they
have a funny taste.... Aren't they too
young for theose anyways?
I give them more orange juice when they
are sick too.. The florida blah blah kind

I have never been fond of vaporizers. I
don't know why, but they are a good idea.
I give helena flinstone vitamins. I
know they a few other brands to choose
from. Oli might be too young to take
them. I do have to jump through hoops to
get her to take it, but I know she'll get
used to it eventually.

Sorry momma. About your mil. You can
buy a generic vapor bath at I think
wal-mart. It may be bru, but I think its
wm. But I think you can only get the rub
from johnson&j. Oh, I just thought
of chicken soup! If they will eat it,
it's perfect. It helps with sore throat,
helps their nose drain (gross), and it
whatever else that helps. It's not an
old wives tale.

Really all you can do is keep them as
comfortable as possible. Alot of hand
washind saline soulution and plenty of
liquids... Also 7 days to pass
