You're welcome damien, im not too sure how
you can be less shy about the
bathroom...Sometimes thats just a part of
us ya know...I mean if you really wanna
get to the bottom of this you could either
contact an urologist, or even a therapist,
to help figure out why ur like
this....Dont think theres anything wrong
with being like that though...Its
perfectly normal. Here are the symptoms of
a bladder infection...
Itchiness and a burning sensation while
urinating, along with the urge to urinate
even when the bladder is empty are the
most common bladder infection symptoms.
Less common symptoms include fevers,
unusual discharge from the urethra, dark,
cloudy urine or evidence of blood in the
urine.
And here are the ways to help prevent
bladder infections(sometimes u can do this
while u have a bladder infection and it
will help to make it go away without
meds)
stay hydrated: drink six to eight glasses
of water a day.
Avoid tight, constricting clothes and
synthetic underwear.
Reduce or eliminate caffeinated
beverages.
I hope this helps, and keep me updated
