How Long Did It Take You to Conceive?

Just wondering  my husband and I
just started trying about 3-4 weeks ago.
I'm trying to stay relaxed and not
concentrate too much on getting pregnant,
but it's hard! I won't find out until
the 17th or so if I am or not. I wonder
why people who are on bc and miss a pill
here and there get preg, and those who try
with no protection don't. Oh well.

Well I have been having unprotected sex
for 3 years with the same bf and I never
got pregnant and I was on the pill. The
last few months I havent been taking the
pill much and I miscarriaged and now im
not taking the pill at all and ttc.

I think the reason is usually things seem
to happen when we are not trying! You are
not as stressed or anything and are
completely focused on the act. That is my
opinion! Good luck on ttc!!

The first time I tried, I succeeded....I
just figured out my most fertile time or
my ovulation period and had sex all around
that time and a couple weeks later I was
pregnant....But I guess it depends on the
person too though....Good luck on
everything...

because they are trying too hard. Just
relax and have fun and enjoy being with
your man. Believe me, when do get
pregnant, my advice is get all the sex and
sleep you can, because you won't be
gettin' any for awhile after baby's here.

I dont know anything about ovulating. So
I have no idea how long it took me to get
pregnant. Of course, I wasnt trying
either. Both of my sons just happened.
One in 2001 and this one in 2005. Just
have fun with it and don't try so hard.

This time we started trying in april and
we got pregnant in may so about 4 -5 weeks
after we got married. I got pregnant may
19th and we were married april 3. Good
luck and have fun ttc.

Thanks for all the advice! It's so hard

just try to think to myself, "it's ok if
i'm not, it'll happen when it's supposed
to." maybe that'll work :d
