My First Appointment As a Mommy!!!

I set up my first appointment for monday
at 300 and im so excited they said im
far enough now to do an internal
ultrasound so I can see my baby's heart
beat...I cant wait and oh yeah by the way,
twins run in the family and my mom said it
is about time for some but I cant take
care of 2 children being 17 but it would
be sweet to...I dunno...Keep ur fingers
crossed that I can actually see the
heartbeat tho...I hope im far
enough....Ill keep yall posted!!!

When I had my first ultrasound I had an
internal. I dont remember now how far
along I was. I would have to go and see
the picture. I cried, it was the happiest
thing ever. But it gets better, when I
had my next ultra ultra sound, when I
thought I was lossing my fluid, I was able
to see him with his hands on his face,
fingers in mouth, I got 4 pictures from
that one. I only got like 2 from the
first. It is a great feeling to me a
mother, and to show people that you are
gonna make it. I take my son with me
everywhere, he is my little shadow. But
sometimes I guess I get crazy, I want to
work, but I dont want him in daycare, so I
simply said no. Plus the doc said that
rsv is starting early this season. I am
praying for you, and I bet that you can
see what it is. Ask the doctor what it
is, sometimes they can give you a guess by
this from the heartbeat. My doc did and
she was right, I had a midwife though!!

I had my first ultrasound when I was 3
mths. And I saw my little peanut that
defenitely changed every thing the moment
I saw her but I started listening to her
heartbeat when I was only 2 mths. But
till you experience it thats when you
really get to find out you rreal emotions

Wow jordan! Thats gonna be so exctiting
to see how many ur having-u must keep us
updated! By the way,ive neva heard of an
internal ultrasound  But
then again,u guys r soooo much more
advanced then us!

Hey jordan. That's great. I had my first
ultrasound at 10 weeks. How far along are
you? He was only about an inch long then
and there wasnt much to see, so they only
gave me 2 pictures. Yesterday, I got to
see (in caps) all of him and it was great.
I got 10 pictures and a video of it
yesterday. My friend thinks im a lil
pervert cuz I keep lookin at the pic of
his little penis too make sure its a
boy.....Lol. I just wanna be sure! But
im pretty sure its a boy. But good luck!
Btw liz, an internal ultrasound is just
like a wand thing thats like, maybe 6
inches long. They put a condom-like thing
over it and put some k-y jelly on that and
then it goes in your vagina. It gives a
very clear picture. I'm pretty sure they
probably have those in england. They are
more common in the beginning of pregnancy
though. When everything is too litle to
see from the outside.

thingy on some of those baby sites im in
my 6th or 7th week... But im so
tired...I feel like I did when I used to
run miles around the track at school...Its
crazy..Its only 509 pm and my eyes are
burning im so tired....But ill keep yall

Oh! I see.Yeah, I know them wand things
kissy-i had one 2 check my ovaries (i was
having a lot of pain) but I didnt know
they used them on pregnant women! Man,do
they put enough jelly on those things?!
Yuck!

Aw best of luck at ur appt jordan! I can
only imagine what it'll be like to see ur
little one for the very first time...Oo
just the word internal makes me a bit
lightheaded lol, but im sure its so
rewarding in the end....Sparkly I watch
birth day almost everyday, and then a baby
story, lol I love it! My brother's always
complaining because everytime he walks
into a room that im in, theres always a
woman up in stir ups screaming and pushing
lol....He doesnt do well with blood....But
anyways, best of luck jordan and let us
know how it goes!
