Need a Little Help

Hey girls,
listen, im trying to do this avatar thing
and am getting soo frustrated! Im finally
able to get one and I have no clue how to,
I went to my settings and went down to the
bottom, found a pic I liked, and copy and
pasted the site address in the box, hit
submit and nothing happened...I know im
doing something wrong I just dont know
what...So if somebody could go into detail
about how im supposed to do this I would
appreciate it....Thanks guys

Wait, maybe I did get it up because its
showing a little box with a x on it....But
the actual pic isnt showing up! Uh, so
frustrating!
