I started my period last sunday, though it was very light the first day, and started seasonale that day. My period has lasted 5 days so far - which is not so unusual, but usually it starts, stops around the 2nd or 3rd day, then might start off and on again for another 3 days or so. These last 3 days are usually just a very light brown discharge. But this week it is starting and stopping, but it is a very bright red and doesn't seem to show any signs of letting up. Is this normal? I keep hearing that everyone has a lighter period that first week - but not me!
