Now that im 47 all of a sudden im sleeping 9-10 hrs instead of my normal 8 im a littel sleepy during the day but thats mild im 6'2 250 lbs strong as several men but this is bothering me my blood pressure is a littel high at 150 over 90 please inform me glenn is it just stress
