Q: 2 Weeks Late - Still Not Pregnant

My husband and I have been trying for 3 months to fall pregnant. My first 2 cycles were normal and I ovulated on days 8 and 9. My third cycle I am two and a half weeks late - I went for a blood, the results of which were negative. I have also ovulated again - without having a period. I am using the fertility microscope to predict ovulation. Does anyone have any advice as to what is going on?

If your blood test was neg I would 99.9% say that you are not pregnant. Sometimes if you want to be pregnant so much your body will stress and make you late. If possible I would say try and calm down, and if possible try to think about other things. I have been late before w/o trying and it was just stress. I really hope you are able to conceive soon to alleviate some of the anticipation. Until then take care and I send baby dust your way :d
